Two of these are yours to choose. If you have no formula we build one for $500. If you have no componentry we source it for nothing.
2,000 units is a real batch, not a sample.
Every product change means stripping a line down, cleaning it, and setting it back up. That changeover costs the same whether we run two hundred units or twenty thousand. Two thousand is the point where the run pays for the setup, which is why it is our floor and why we will not quote below it. It also means your unit cost is a manufacturing cost rather than a rounding error on a cleaning bill.
